What You'll Do: This is a Part-Time Hourly Position Proactively greet and welcome every customer that visits GNC and create a welcoming environment to attract new and existing customers.Genuinely interact with customers to help them choose the right products, as well as making recommendations based on your overall product knowledge and understanding of their needs.Drive for results to achieve and exceed store and personal sales and productivity goals.Fulfill online orders timely and accurately in compliance with company guidelines.Boost product knowledge by learning the features, advantages, and benefits.
Stay on top of nutritional, wellness, and fitness news.Support store management in the opening, closing, and operating of a retail store, including cash handling, inventory count and deposits, and maintaining store appearance.Must be able to stand or walk for up to eight hours a day.Frequent reaching, bending, and twisting - below waist and above shoulders.Frequently required to use repetitive hand-to-finger motions and reach with hands and arms.Frequently lift up to twenty pounds, occasionally lifting up to 40 pounds, and push/pull up to 20 lbs.Ability to climb ladders, reach and bend.Work in temperatures ranging from 50 - 85 degrees - especially in our stock room areas.Use of a computer up to 60% of the time throughout the day.Model reliability and flexibility by being able to work varied hours and days to meet the needs of the store, including nights or mornings to open or close the store, key peak business days/hours including weekends, and all major U.S. holidays that the store is open.Sales Associates must be at least 18 years of age.

GNC offers a base pay range of $13.00 to $15.00 per hour, with the opportunity to earn additional weekly income through GNC's Individual Sales Incentive Plan.
In locations where specific minimum wage requirements apply, the pay range may vary.
At GNC, base pay is just one component of our total compensation package.
Pay within the range is determined by various factors, including education, work experience, certifications, and federal, state, and local minimum wage regulations.
This structure allows for progression as team members grow and develop within their roles.
