Job description: As a sales associate for Kenzo store Barcelona, you will be an Ambassador of the brand, effectively providing a great customer journey by building and maintaining loyal clients to maximize profitability and productivity.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:Welcome all clients to the Store ensuring they feel comfortable in the environment.Greet clients and build relationships to assist in selecting the right products while maintaining rapport and offering advice.Introduce additional complementary products targeted to clients and share product knowledge.Process sales confidently and professionally while maintaining client relationships.Gather and collate client CRM details to maintain relationships and build the client book, ensuring personal follow-up.Maintain store standards on stock and adhere to visual merchandise guidelines promoting the Kenzo image.Exceed all behavioral requirements in the Store adhering to dress code and appearance guidelines as indicated by the Store Manager.Actively drive product knowledge by keeping up to date with fashion trends, participating in in-store training, and updating on all product lines.Support the control and management of stock.Achieve sales targets and KPIs and contribute to the Point of Sales' action plans.Communicate high-quality feedback to Managers in Store.Be aware of the business environment including local competition.Master the selling ceremony from welcoming to after-sales services.Build customer loyalty and engagement by developing long-term relationships.Create and optimize strong connections with personal shoppers, stylists, and conciergeries.Demonstrate team spirit and help others improve their skills, especially new joiners.Embody Kenzo Paris DNA to become a brand ambassador.Ensure that the standards of the Point of Sales uphold brand image.Develop a deep fashion culture and awareness of products, fashion trends, and competitors.Know-how-to-be:Respect uniform and grooming guidelines at all times.Able to adapt communication to each client profile.
