HUGO BOSS is seeking two Sales Associates to join our store team located in Las Rozas (Madrid) for 36 hours per week.
What you can expect: To provide excellent levels of customer service and surpass customer expectations at every opportunityTo maximise every selling opportunity to achieve store and individual sales targets and KPI indicatorsTo identify customer needs and answer all product-related questions. Be able to respond to queries regarding price, location, features, benefits and use of HUGO BOSS merchandiseTo ensure all customers' orders and alterations are completed efficiently and on timeTo optimise product knowledge to the best advantage in recommending and drawing customer's attention to products in order to maximise selling opportunitiesYour profile: Demonstrated experience of retail sales in a luxury brand environmentWilling to adapt and take on new challengesAlways presents a professional imageSuccessfully able to handle multiple demands and competing prioritiesProfessionalism is maintained under all circumstancesFluent in English and FrenchHUGO BOSS offers its employees exceptional working conditions in an international environment.
