Sales Associate Las Rozas: For our store in Las Rozas Village, we are looking for a Part Time (20h) Sales Assistant to cover a sickness leave. English and Spanish speaking required.
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Assisting the store in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability through effective management of the store team and implementation of company programs, policies, and procedures.Acting as a positive role model to all store employees, representing and supporting the Diesel brand and values.Continuously improving and developing specific skills by taking ownership of assigned responsibilities (i.e., customer service, merchandising, operations).Exercising discretion and independent judgment in the day-to-day management of salespersons and key functional areas.Providing excellent customer service in omnichannel sales, ensuring clients have a high-level shopping experience while achieving sales targets and KPIs of the store.Working as a Brand Ambassador to represent the image and transfer the values of the brand to clients.Responsible for the sale of Diesel products in the store, including all customer service and information tasks.Managing product stock control and replenishment orders.Being very focused on results and targets, and able to work in a fast and dynamic environment.Location: Madrid, ES
