RETAIL STORE SALES ASSOCIATE CONCESSIONSYOUR MISSION: PUMA Iberia is looking for a Sales Associate to cover our corner located in ECI Castellana, working 8 hours per week (weekend), to manage and promote our sales culture to achieve objectives.YOUR MISSIONAchieve or exceed sales goals, KPIs, and profitability through PUMA brand values.Provide high standards of customer experience in-store, in line with our values.Support in processing merchandise in and out of the store.Replenish merchandise in the store sales floor according to generated sales.Ensure the execution and maintenance of all visual guidelines, and that the store's visual presentation always meets or exceeds PUMA standards.Successfully complete all required training programs.Support the correct implementation of promotional activities in-store provided by management.Maintain the store's physical condition according to relevant guidelines and communicate store maintenance needs promptly.Ensure loss prevention in the store through compliance with PUMA Policies and Procedures.YOUR TALENT1-2 years of previous sales role experience.Ability to exceed sales targets.Deliver high standards of customer service.Customer orientation.Collaborative relationships.Solution orientation.Effective communication.English proficiency is a plus. #J-18808-Ljbffr
