Position Summary
Support the Sales team to achieve the sales objective in the commercial aspect and assist in the market and sales activities.
Main Responsibilities Prepare the quotations according to the enquiry provided by sales.Support in preparing the bidding documents.Maintain Customer Database regularly.Check or update Sales Force regularly.Order handling in SAP.Offers creation and follow up contracts.Responsible for the check of sales' travel expenses.Support in the arrangement of sales meetings, customer visits, etc.Document translation if requested.Follow up customer payments.Invoice process.Logistic tasks.Other tasks assigned by the leader.Skills and Qualifications Bachelor degree or above.2-3 years' working experience in related position.Ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment.Have strong responsibility and general understanding of the role of sales back-up office in a company.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Good communication skills in both oral and written English.SAP skills are preferred.Temporary position.For more than 130 years, and over 50 countries, BOBST has always been at the forefront of innovation and we want to accelerate connectivity, digitalization, automation and sustainability to make packaging better than ever.
