We are looking for Sales Assistant for the opening of our future store in Madrid planned in December (integration in November).
We have several contracts available (permanent and fixed-term contracts), full-time (40H) and part-time (24H, 8H).
Your missions will be the following:
Delivering a unique customer experience: Make the customer the priority of the flat to guarantee optimal customer service
Embody the Sezane spirit and style through impeccable presentation (respect for grooming)
Welcome your customers with generosity and empathy in order to offer them the best possible experience
Consider the personality of your customers in order to identify their desires
Help them discover the brand and our different worlds/products
Be an ambassador of the Brand's omnichannel nature (flat and web)
Demonstrate curiosity and develop an in-depth knowledge of the Brand and its products
Be a force for proposing specific actions to make the customer experience memorable and unique.
Dealing with customer complaints and dissatisfaction to satisfy our customers and build loyalty
Knowing our CSR policy to respond to customers
Guarantee the brand image: Know the basic rules of Sézane merchandising
Check the labeling of products on the floor
Participate in the implementation of the merchandising and ensure its follow-up
Offer customers an exciting and inspiring shopping experience
Monitor and maintain the sales level of the store
Have a fashion culture to be able to make proposals
Ensure the smooth running of Operations: Apply Sezane policies, standards and procedures
Collect and respect procedures related to operations
Carry out specific processing (returns, exchanges, reservations)
Participate in the definition of the number of staff required to meet customer expectations
Ensure proper stock management
Be a team player: Be a team player, participate in all related tasks
Participate in the creation of a positive and harmonious environment to create a group synergy
Relay the brand's commitments
You have a first successful experience in ready-to-wear, in the hotel industry, in catering, in sales, in animation... or not yet, but you are driven by customer relations?
You have a sense of service, an excellent presentation and a strong fashion sense.
You have a team spirit, the desire to share and develop your skills in an agile and galvanizing environment.
