ORGANISATIONAL STRUCTURE / DEPENDENCY Reports to Store Manager.
As Dior Brand Ambassador, the Sales Assistant Trainee purpose is to ensure that the Maison's legacy and values are spread to all the Boutique customers in a unique manner.
MAIN DUTIES The trainee will support the Store Manager and the boutique team in the following activities:
Management of the relationship with the client: The interaction consists of knowing how to welcome and communicate with the client in a kind and gentle way, creating a relationship which reflects the Maison values, and of creating a relationship that increases the desire to come back. Selling activity: It's necessary to reach the selling objectives, linked to the Boutique sales. volume, contributing to its growth and knowing how to sell each product category through the knowledge about the collection, the stock, the prices and the basic selling techniques. Participation in the maintenance of the boutique order: Boutique management activity through the cleaning and reorganizing of the Boutique and the fitting rooms and the control of the product exposition. Back-office activity: Preparation of a delivery and of the essential elements for the products packaging and wrapping.
Soft & Interpersonal skills: Knowledge of the products and the basic selling techniques. A desire to develop a career in luxury retail. Positive and kind attitude. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Team-working attitude. Gentle communication and behavior with the colleagues Committed, flexible and willing to learn. Profile PROFILE NEEDED MAIN STUDIES Bachelor's degree in Hospitality or related field.
LANGUAGES Spanish (native or at least C1) , English (Fluent C1). Russian and/or other languages are considered a plus.
IT TOOLS Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other basic knowledge of digital software.
EXPERIENCE Previous professional experience will be considered a plus.
OTHER Possibility of signing agreement with university for at least 6 months, full-time.
