Role Purpose
As a Sales Assistant Intern, you will play a vital role in assisting our sales team with administrative and operational tasks. You will gain hands-on experience in the sales process and learn about the fast-paced world of mobile technology. The position is based in Madrid and requires an internship agreement with a Spanish university for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist Key Account Managers with daily tasks related to client accounts, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and analyses.Data Management: Update and maintain sales databases, including customer information, order records, and performance metrics.Communication: Serve as a liaison between Key Account Managers and other internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing.Market Research: Assist in gathering data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic planning.General Administration: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and managing correspondence related to sales operations.
Requirements
Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Spanish university program in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.Location: Must be based in Madrid.Internship Agreement: Able to provide an internship agreement with your university for a duration of 3 to 6 months.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
