The position is based in Madrid and requires an internship agreement with a Spanish university for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Key Responsibilities Sales Support: Assist Key Account Managers with daily tasks related to client accounts, including preparing sales reports, presentations, and analyses.
Data Management: Update and maintain sales databases, including customer information, order records, and performance metrics.
Communication: Serve as a liaison between Key Account Managers and other internal departments such as logistics, finance, and marketing.
Market Research: Assist in gathering data on market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support strategic planning.
General Administration: Perform administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing documentation, and managing correspondence related to sales operations.
Requirements Educational Background: Currently enrolled in a Spanish university program in business, economics, marketing, or a related field.
Location: Must be based in Madrid.
Internship Agreement: Able to provide an internship agreement with your university for a duration of 3 to 6 months.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Languages: Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken).
