Open Position: Seasonal Sales Associate Location: Formentera Main Responsibilities: Achieving individual and team sales targets, taking responsibility for results.
Providing customers with an exceptional brand experience, showcasing all product categories.
Developing and maintaining relationships with existing and new customers to build loyalty.
Maintaining visual merchandising standards in line with company guidelines.
Supporting the team in warehouse operations and opening/closing procedures.
Gaining in-depth knowledge of the brand and its products.
Ideal Profile: Excellent communication and listening skills.
Motivation and team spirit.
Problem-solving and results orientation.
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage priorities.
Fluent in Italian and English; knowledge of a third language is a plus.
