The Sales Assistant provides support to the Regional Sales Manager by supporting project activities related to all projects. The position's main duties are to support the Regional Manager to ensure the continuity and efficiency of each project from start to finish through clear communication to all stakeholders. He / she reports to the Regional Sales Manager. The Sales Assistant must understand all stages of sales processes.
The Sales Assistant will give support to the Sales team by maintaining a collaborative relationship with internal and external stakeholders, prepare required documents, and assist during the tender, negotiation, and delivery process.
Key Responsibilities: Support all projects in the Iberian Market (Portugal + Spain).
Create project reporting and other project documents.
Support the Regional Sales Manager and ensure Sales processes are implemented.
Provide support during the tender process.
Provide support during the final delivery stage + Pre-delivery Inspection.
Assist all projects with customer communication, commercial and technical interactions.
Daily Tasks: Develop a trusted, collaborative partnership with colleagues and customers.
Support coordination in all projects in the region and ensure crisp information flow to all internal stakeholders.
Maintain project status and issue lists.
Ensure all project documentation is accurate and uploaded into internal and external systems.
Address questions / concerns throughout the project.
Perform tasks required by the Sales Manager for successful project achievement.
Track project changes and updated schedules.
Track the progress of all new and ongoing projects and maintain up-to-date notes.
Organize, compile, and submit support documentation on completion of project.
Submit any required information to the client as directed by the Sales Manager.
Report to the Sales Manager for all issues.
Be capable of replacing the Sales Manager and Sales Team for short-term coverage of project.
Assist the tender team in the Iberia region.
Work under time constraints to meet specific timelines.
Manage travels according to company rules.
Profile: 2 years of experience in a Sales Management Office or similar role with proven successful records of assisting or coordinating multiple projects/customers of varying sizes in parallel.
Solid knowledge of the automotive, preferably the e-Bus market.
Strong and effective written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in Chinese, English, and Spanish.
Proactive and collaborative approach to organizational problem solving.
Bachelor's degree in Commerce, BBA, or the like will be considered.
Must be team-oriented, possess a positive attitude, and work well with others.
