As a Sales Area Manager, you will be responsible for: Maintaining and growing the existing customer portfolio while generating new business. Understanding the industrial landscape of the assigned area and keeping up-to-date with market information (new investments, trends, competitor movements, etc.). Ensuring compliance with sales budget in volume, billing, and margin through various pricing campaigns. Monthly analyzing sales evolution of your customer portfolio and establishing plans to correct deviations. Staying informed about new products and applications, fostering contact with Product Managers and Specialists. What are we looking for? Technical or higher engineering degree, Chemistry, or similar. At least 3 years of experience in sales, customer relations, negotiation, and problem-solving. Native Spanish level; knowledge of English isa plus. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Computer skills: preferably knowledge of SAP, MS Outlook, and MS Office + assigned tools. Organization, proactivity, and commitment. Analytical skills and ability to work in a team. Creative, open to change, and dynamic individual. Driver's license (B1) and availability to travel.
