The team is responsible for (i) Partnering with senior sales leadership to drive and track the business under a rigorous data-driven approach, interpreting KPIs and providing executive recommendations; (ii) Owning the business operational model and cadence; (iii) Planning for our future growth including both G4G and longer term cross functional strategic initiatives.About You:Support our business units with ongoing data analysis and recommendations to structure and solve complex business problems.Drive improvements in our sales process and coverage model through scalable analytics.Work cross-functionally to establish reporting and process standards.Assist in developing and delivering presentations for senior executives and inform decisions on a daily basis.Communicate effectively with all audiences, in a structured manner.Assist the business through each stage of the fiscal year planning cycle.Take part in key strategic initiatives to transform and shape the business for delivering growth.Minimum desired qualifications:Bachelors Degree, preferably in an analytical discipline such as engineering, science, economics, computer science etc.Previous experience in a sales strategy & operations environment, management consultancy or high growth technology companies.Strong data analysis and logical reasoning skills with experience analysing complex datasets using Excel, Google sheets, Tableau or SQL (or equivalents).Ability to balance priorities and work productively in a fast paced environment.Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations
