JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
DEVELOP MARKETING STRATEGIES
Develop and execute strategic marketing plans aligned with company objectives to achieve measurable results.
Conduct thorough market research to identify emerging market opportunities and understand consumer preferences.
Analyze market trends and competitor activities to refine marketing strategies and tactics.
Utilize market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats, and adjust marketing and sales strategies accordingly.
Customize global marketing strategies to suit the local market context in the Philippines.
Monitor industry trends, market shifts, and competitor actions to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive advantage.
Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to enhance brand identity, equity, and market positioning.
SALES MANAGEMENT
Oversee the sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
Provide training, coaching, and support to sales team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Lead and manage the marketing and sales team, providing guidance and support to supervisors and team members.
Set performance goals, monitor progress, and conduct performance evaluations.
Continuously evaluate and improve sales processes, tools, and systems to maximize efficiency and effectiveness.
BUDGET MANAGEMENT
Strategically manage the marketing and sales budget to optimize resource allocation and maximize ROI.
Develop and oversee annual sales forecasts and budgets, ensuring alignment with company objectives.
Evaluate and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and sales performance.
Analyze marketing and sales metrics to track performance. Generate regular reports and presentations on marketing ROI, sales forecasts, and budget variances.
BRAND CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENT
Plan and execute marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, social media, etc.) to increase brand awareness and drive sales.
Plan and execute product launches, ensuring successful market entry and consumer acceptance.
Develop product positioning and messaging that differentiates the company's products from competitors.
Ensure consistent brand messaging across all marketing and sales channels.
Oversee the development and implementation of brand strategies to enhance brand equity.
Continuously update all prospects on company product modifications, changes, and enhancements.
RELATIONSHIP MANAGEMENT
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders.
Represent the company at industry events and conferences.
Stay updated on local regulations and industry developments that may impact the business.
Implement customer feedback mechanisms to improve product offerings and customer satisfaction.
Manage public relations efforts to enhance the company's image and reputation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, preferably in the medical equipment or healthcare industry.
Strong understanding of medical equipment and consumables, market dynamics, and customer needs.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans effectively.
Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving targets.
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
Analytical mindset with proficiency in sales data analysis and reporting.
Team player with a collaborative approach and a passion for driving success.
