The Role
As a Google Ads Sales Specialist, you will be at the forefront of online advertising. Your role involves working with inbound and outbound leads to acquire new advertisers for Google Ads products. You'll manage your own client portfolio, optimize campaigns, and ensure that customer expectations are exceeded.
You will act as a trusted advisor to German businesses, helping them enhance their online presence and achieve meaningful results. This is a target-driven role where your efforts will contribute to expanding the customer base across EMEA.
Responsibilities Acquire new customers through outbound leads and close deals within the agreed budget, with opportunities for upselling. Understand customer needs and match them with Google Ads solutions and marketing strategies. Develop tailored sales strategies to maximize market potential and improve client profitability. Confidently connect with clients in your portfolio and establish strong, lasting relationships. Requirements BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. C2 level German proficiency and fluent English skills. Minimum of one year of experience in a sales-driven environment. Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication abilities. Passion for sales, technology, and the online landscape. Ability to work with diverse business models and portfolios. What We Offer Full-time position (39 hours per week, Monday to Friday). Competitive salary: 24,310 gross/year plus up to 4,290 gross/year in performance bonuses. Hybrid working model in Barcelona.
