We are recruiting for a Community Assistant (CA) to join our team and play a key role within our on-site sales and student experience at Palm Studios, Seville.
The CA has the primary responsibility of building relationships with current and prospective residents of our Novel Student accommodation.
Reporting into the Property Manager, the CA will work with them to ensure all sales, events, and local marketing goals for the building are met or exceeded.
The CA is a natural sales and people-person who has a knack for social media and other marketing initiatives.

Your Mission LeasingComprehend and be able to explain the lease in its entiretyComprehend and abide by the leasing policies and company standardsMaintain confidentiality in all job tasks as it pertains to staff and tenantsKnow all amenities and features of the property and how to favorably compare them to the competitionReport to Leasing & Marketing Manager each day regarding leasing traffic, prospect objections, and effectiveness of marketing and sales strategiesEnsure that our CRM is kept up to date with all prospect informationMarketing & EventsAssist with the execution of local marketing campaignsAttend local events that are related to housing or the general marketing of the communityMaintain a positive and professional relationship with every potential resident and guest in order to spread positive word of mouthProperty and Resident RelationsPromote a 'residents first' culture and ensure their expectations are met.Communicate policies and procedures to residentsAddress complaints and breaches of the residence code of conduct with residents and parents, gathering relevant evidence and preparing written outcomes.
Escalate to the Property Manager where necessary.Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and organisation in the show unit(s), tour route and leasing office, and common areas of the building.Manage and communicate room cleans and reactive maintenance works.Assist the Systems team with the management of the property management system, ensuring all data entered by the team is correct and viable.Supervise on-site maintenance operations including planned preventative and reactive maintenance.Supervise housekeeping operations to ensure that the site always remains presentable.Implement and ensure that CAMS Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to by on-site staff and residents.Work with the central team and local teams to ensure that a variety of fulfilling and relevant events are carried out regularly.Your Track Record Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills requiredLeasing and sales strongly preferredStrong attention to detailPositive and enthusiastic attitudePassionate about creating a customer-focused environment for residentsProactive nature and ability to work on own initiativeYour Style Passionate to get the job doneTrue team-player eager to help drive the growth of the businessSelf-motivated and continuously demonstrating the ability to adapt, develop and learnPeople person who thrives in a fast-paced environmentSalary: Up to 18,500.00€ per year
