What your role is

As part of the Iberia team, the Sales & Customer Service Assistant will report to the the SC Iberia Team Leader.

Key Responsibilities

Give support to sales team

Daily Sales Reporting

Maintenance SAP System

Maintenance Sales Excel Tools

Maintenance Workflow EDI

Support Customer Service team with invoicing process

Process invoices from suppliers

Reporting point of sales data

What you will bring to the team

Qualifications

FP Administration, management, etc

Good level of English

Proficiency in Spanish

Skills and Competencies

Computer proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel prioritary)

SAP knowledge

Strong interpersonal and administrative skills

Very strong analytical skills and execution focused.
