The position is based in Geneva.
Job Description: Under the responsibility of the General Manager of Spain, you are a key element in the expansion of our Bachelor, International BBA, and MSc programs in Spain.
Your mission will be to develop and implement effective strategies and their operational variations to: Ensure Albert School recruits the targeted number of highly selected students defined for each recruitment season for all the programs you will be responsible for.
Develop a strong network within target recruitment institutions for the programs under your responsibility, such as high schools, universities, fairs, and career counselors, to present Albert School during career forums and conferences.
Participate in the organization and animation of events, including student fairs, open days, and immersive experiences for target audiences, parents, and students.
Efficiently manage the budgetary and human resources allocated to you to achieve your objectives.
This position requires strong skills in business development.
Responsibilities: Define the most relevant prospecting methods to approach and recruit prospective students for the various programs.
Ensure the execution of the defined prospecting actions yourself and by leveraging the allocated budgetary and human resources, including: student fairs, visits to educational institutions, conferences, open days, orientation days, immersive experiences, job dating, and communication campaigns targeting contacts in the CRM database.
Qualify student contacts from marketing actions to identify those who are relevant, engage them to create interest in our programs, and encourage them to apply and pass the various stages of the selection process.
Develop and maintain a strong network with high school influencers, career advisors, etc.
Monitor, analyze, and produce reports on business development activities, particularly using CRM tools.
With the support of the operations team, automate all repetitive, low-value tasks.

Initiative, autonomy, and ability to work in a team.
Autonomy and excellent proficiency with computer tools and office software (Google Suite, CRM, etc.).
