The role designed for you In your role as Sales Analyst reporting directly to the Commercial Excellence Manager and based in Girona / Barcelona, you will: Analyze the performance of the sales team at the global level.
Gather data from different sources (CRM, PowerBi), extract performance conclusions and propose improvement actions.
Prepare reports on sales performance, understanding the key insights of them.
Lead and manage projects: be a leader in transformation projects in the sales organization.
Need to have a good understanding of the company sales model and performance to propose improvement actions.
Coordinate the annual sales budget process and support the commercial target setting.
Develop reports in PowerBi that will make the sales team's life easier and will result in a better performance.
Analyze sales performance, discuss with the sales team and guide them to improve in the sales KPIs.
Be the owner of your responsibilities.
The attitudes and skills we're looking for You have between 3-5 years of experience as a controller / business controller / finance / sales analyst experience or similar role.
You have Project Management / Program Management experience.
You also have managed reports & done in-depth analysis, disseminating them in a complex organization.
You have worked in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc.).
You are the king of PowerBi.
If possible, you have experience in B2B sectors.
You are recognized to have a commercial attitude, super high energy.
You speak English and if possible, other European languages like Spanish or Italian.

Based in: Spain, Girona / Barcelona.
