To achieve that mission, you will be working in the region Iberia and join the Sales & Distribution network spread around the world. This team is responsible for ensuring a coordinated approach regarding client and broker relationship management, ensuring smarter execution as well as driving business development and client solutions. The Impact You Will Have Reporting to the Head of Distribution Strategy, you will play an important role in enabling the continuous development of local sales planning and reporting, ensuring an effective sales governance, and preparing sales dialogues and audits. This position involves great exposure to senior management. Therefore, are looking for a senior sales analyst, with relevant previous experience in similar roles.Some of your specific responsibilities could include:Prepare sales planning, forecasting and track year-to-date performance, according to global format and guidelines. Work with key stakeholders (Distribution, Underwriting, Operations and Global Functions) to confirm, consolidate figures and ensure data quality. Proactively contribute to the development and continuous enhancement of the global sales management processes and tools, including Salesforce. Work with Lines of Business and Distribution to increase buy-in of Salesforce and continuously enhance data quality. Deliver effective trainings. Drive the broker administration and accreditation process, according to local regulation and guidelines. Handle broker remuneration monitoring, including remuneration data production, remuneration analysis and overall governance. What You'll Bring to the RoleAt least, 5 years of working experience in data analytics and sales performance reporting.Previous experience with Salesforce is a plus.Previous experience in insurance, financial services, or related field is a plus.Ability to express ideas and messages clearly, both written and verbally. Ability to "sell" an improvised or prepared audience winning story.Ability to analyze highly complex data, from multiple sources, in detail; identify and resolve issues before they transpire. Enjoy working in complex, global matrix organization.Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint (must-have).Fluent in Spanish and a good command of English
