Everyone gets to push their potential to the full.At Fedrigoni you will discover extraordinary*every day.The role designed for youIn your role as SALES ANALYST reporting directly to the Commercial Excellence Manager and based in Girona / Barcelona, you will:Analyze the performance of the sales team at the global level. Gather data from different sources (CRM, PowerBi...) extract performance conclusions and propose improvement actionsPrepare reports on sales performance, understanding the key insights of themLead and manage projects: be a leader in transformation projects in the sales organizationNeed to have a good understanding of the company sales model and performance to propose improvement actionsCoordinate the annual sales budget process and support the commercial target settingDevelop reports in PowerBi that will make the sales team's life easier and will result in a better performanceAnalyze sales performance, discuss with the sales team and guide them to improve in the sales KPIsBe the owner of your responsibilitiesThe attitudes and skills we're looking forYou have between 3-5 years of experience as a controller / business controller / finance / sales analyst experience or similar roleYou have Project Management / Program Management experienceYou also have managed reports & done in-depth analysis, disseminating them in a complex organizationYou have worked in a structured environment with rigorous commercial excellence processes (margin monitoring, CRM, etc..)You are the queen/king of PowerBiIf possible, you have experience in B2B sectorsYou are recognized to have a commercial attitude, super high energyYou speak English and if possible, other European languages like Spanish or Italian
