We're looking for a Sales Analyst to join us as part of our Iberia Commercial Division .The position will be fully remote, Madrid based .In this role, the Sales Analyst will play a pivotal role in developing key analytics reports to support the smooth flow of business within the Spanish and Portuguese markets.Responsibilities: Analyze market trends, shopper insight and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and market gaps and support marketing and sales presentations.Recommending and monitoring Sales KPIs, including assortment, pricing, promotional plan, budget and volume forecast/accuracy management.Ensure trade plan efficiency, through pre & post promotions evaluation (estimated ROI, market feedback and market data readings when applicable).Ensuring the day-to-day connection between the distributors and Lavazza Central staff teams (Customer Service, Demand Planning, Trade Marketing, Marketing...), and distributor operational support (Tradeworld, certificates, consumer complaints...).Manage internal reporting and analysis: daily sales report SAP, Nielsen, Euromonitor, Kantar, merchandising agency, data sharing from distributors, EVA reports etc.Invoicing (SAP & Surfer) and TMPI management.Conduct periodical trade visit to assess new launches implantation in key customers.Develop and execute BTL plans to enhance shopper experience innovation, improving brand and store loyalty.Collaborate with marketing, sales and product development for new launches/events coordination with local and international teams.Qualifications: You have 2-3 years of experience in Trade Marketing and Sales - Experience in the FMCG market or GDO will be considered a plus.You have a Master's Degree in Economics.You have strong analytical skills and have advanced proficiency in Excel (pivot/queries).You are fluent in Spanish and English.You have proficient knowledge of MS-Office applications (PowerPoint, Word).What next?
