Our portfolio of innovative solutions is designed to provide customers with greater freedom and better health, helping them achieve better glucose control while spending less time managing their disease.As a Sales Analyst you will partner closely with the Sales, Marketing and Commercial organizations inside Diabetes Iberia OU delivering insights that help define strategy, facilitate speed and accuracy of decision-making, and ultimately make a positive impact on the business. This role will define, lead, analyze, interpret and socialize data with the leadership. A successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to innovate, think creatively, and foster strong business partnerships across the whole organization. The working location will be Madrid.Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:Utilize data from multiple sources to develop realistic, insightful dashboards and actionable recommendations.Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements: automating manual data processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing the platforms for greater scalability.Apply global standards, models, and templates to drive consistency in analytics.Implement and validate solutions in close collaboration with managers, marketing and field employees.Be the regional leader and point of reference for Lightning (Salesforce.Com tool).Liaise with other regional teams for efficient sharing and strategic adoption of learnings and capabilities.Ensure the adoption and training of tools and ensure the coordination with EMEA Commercial Excellence and regional teams.Required Knowledge and Experience:Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, economics, computer science or healthcare or related fields.At least 3 years of Analytical experience.Proficiency in data modeling and data visualization.Proficient in Tableau, Excel, Power BI, and a strong understanding of MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).Fluent in English and Spanish.Ability to identify and solve complex business problems using data-driven approaches.Strong quantitative competencies combined with a curious and empathic approach.Strong verbal & written communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to achieve common goals
