David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO/outsourcing company who is seeking to onboard a French-speaking Sales Agent from Barcelona for a brand of digital automation and energy management.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Build rapport and a positive dialogue with customers, in order to identify sales opportunities and influence them to make purchases.Constantly develop client and product knowledge to deliver sales goals as well as the highest quality of information to customers.Support and collaborate with other team members to deliver goals.Embed the client's and CPM's values and ensure that these are reflected daily.Meet personal and quality compliance standards & individual performance targets, also contributing to the team target/SLAs.REQUIREMENTS:C2 level of French and fluent in English.Previous Customer Support/Sales experience is a must - outbound experience is highly desirable.Excellent communication skills and a professional, sales-oriented approach, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers.Time management skills to ensure service coverage.Proactiveness towards identifying sales opportunities.High sense of professionalism.OFFER:Contract: Temporary - 1 month.Full-time position: (39 hours/week).Schedule: Monday to Friday: 9:00 am to 6:00 pm with a choice of hours on Friday: 9:00 am to 5:00 pm or 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.Hybrid: At the office only on the 13th & 18th of September.Office location: La Sagrera (Barcelona).Dynamic multilingual, multicultural and creative team with a positive and friendly atmosphere.Guidance and tools to reach your full potential.
