The role acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or advice about products and services with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction. What will YOU do? Develop a deep understanding of the range of vehicles for sale as well as the customers' needs Develop effective strategies to identify and attract prospective buyers Manage the initial experience of walk-in customers during floor duty Organize and maintain the accurate documentation of sales reports Ensure the safe and accurate delivery of units to customers Provide excellent after-sales service by following up on the different activities involved in the process such as post-events, showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery, and customer satisfaction surveys Ensure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures, including permits acquisition and regulatory compliance, collections of payments, store orderliness, etc. What will YOU need? Graduate of any business course At least 2 years of relevant experience Open to a 6-day work schedule Willing to extend working hours and work on holidays and/or weekends as needed Willing to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union #J-18808-Ljbffr
