What is this role about?
The role acts as the primary point of contact for customers seeking information or advice about products and services with the objective of achieving sales and profitability targets while ensuring customer satisfaction.
What will YOU do? Develop a deep understanding of the range of vehicles for sale as well as the customers' needsDevelop effective strategies to identify and attract prospective buyersManage the initial experience of walk-in customers during floor dutyOrganize and maintain the accurate documentation of sales reportsEnsure the safe and accurate delivery of units to customersProvide excellent after-sales service by following up on the different activities involved in the process such as post-events, showroom visits, test drives, offers, delivery, and customer satisfaction surveysEnsure adherence to relevant company policies and procedures, including permits acquisition and regulatory compliance, collections of payments, store orderliness, etc. What will YOU need? Graduate of any business courseAt least 2 years of relevant experienceOpen to a 6-day work scheduleWilling to extend working hours and work on holidays and/or weekends as neededWilling to be assigned in San Fernando, La Union
