About the role: As part of a busy team, you will be responsible for supporting the commercial team in the daily execution of the core duties detailed below. You will be a key figure in the customer service experience, with direct contact to both clients and suppliers.
Tasks: Taking, confirming and inputting customer orders and Purchase ordersMonitoring customers and liaising closely with commercial, logistics and quality departmentsDealing with customer queries and responding in a timely mannerSending price quotes to customer, liaising with Product Management team for this and collecting necessary information from customersLogin opportunities & quotes on CRM systemReview and control stock levels for key accounts, ensuring sufficient inventory for contractsProduce reports for senior managersAny other task at manager's discretionRequirements: Fluency in English and Dutch is requiredDetail oriented with excellent organisational skillsExperience in similar supporting commercial roleExperience on any ERP systemProficiency in MS Office applicationsEnthusiastic and eager to learnOutstanding communication skills both written and verbalProfessional business presence and acumenCommitment to customer service (internal and external)Strong ability to multi-task with results-oriented mind-setCalm individual who can operate under pressure, manage deadlines, and the demands of a busy office environmentHave enthusiasm for a fast-paced, dynamic environment where products and programs are evolving as the business growsThe successful candidate will need to be very comfortable with working in a fast-paced and constantly evolving commercial environment.
