What you will do in this role As a Sales Administration Specialist on our team, you will: Support "Managed Opportunities" - Guide and assist GCP sales reps on detailed steps to complete new/renewal commercial sales cycle.
Become SME on the details of the end-to-end pricing and sales process for SCC.
Independently handle Seller questions about sales process and pricing policies.
Schedule Account Team meetings, sometimes for many people in multiple time zones.
Proactively lead Account Teams through the end-to-end ordering process during sessions.
Support GCP/Partners by navigating them through the sales process end to end.
Respond to seller inquiries and comfortably navigate Sales' knowledge base articles and leverage stakeholder relationships to address and resolve new questions.
Work in a high-volume, quick turnaround environment - requests must be addressed within 24 hours.
Help maintain and update internal documentation with sales process best practices.
Proactively maintain a pipeline of open new/renewal opportunities and ensure data quality.
Ensure all deals are progressing in a timely manner, identifying, and mitigating blockers, and escalating to the appropriate stakeholders (Ops, Sales, PM) where needed.
Help manage the sales closed/won process, ensuring all deals are closed with the appropriate information (Product details, Account team details, Vector stage, amount etc., to ensure compensation and accurate booking).
Partner with cross-functional teams including Operations, Project Managers, and Sales to iterate the sales process as needed.
Offer thought leadership on process solutions.
Provide training, feedback, and coaching to sales on the contract and quote building process.
Prepare and maintain existing documentation around the Sales Admin's internal and external processes.

Concentrix is a great match if you: Are proficient or bilingual in English, other languages are a plus.
A minimum of two years' experience in Deal Desk or B2B/Enterprise Sales Operations.
Experience in CRM systems (Salesforce highly preferred).
Extreme detail focus: ability to follow a complex, detailed set of guidelines and update and maintain documentation.
Ability to organize, prioritize, complete activities and meet deadlines for a high volume of transactions.
Ability to work independently, efficiently, and productively in a fast-paced remote environment with limited guidance.
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent practical experience.

Monday to Thursday 09:00 to 18:00– Friday 8:00 to 17:00 // 2.
Monday to Thursday 10:00 to 19:00– Friday 8:00 to 17:00 // 3.
Monday to Thursday 8:00 to 16:00– Friday 11:00 to 19:00.
Salary offer: base salary 18,537 euros gross/year plus health insurance and restaurant tickets + Annual bonus of 4.000 euros.
Friends hunting (referral) bonus.
