Within your #OneTeam The Sales Admin Officer is responsible for the efficient handling of sales orders, helping to improve the productivity of field sales representatives by dealing with customer queries and fielding calls.
The Sales Admin Officer contributes to the quality of customer service and the achievement of sales targets.
Your main responsibilities Customer Record Management Create records for new customers, including contact details and the name of the representative managing the account.Verifying orders, including customers' personal information and payment details.Contacting customers by phone or email to answer queries and obtain missing information.Maintaining and updating sales and customer records.Order Processing Receiving and processing purchase orders.Saving the order, if necessary, in the OVHcloud tools.Transmitting the necessary information to the Billing team for changing the NICs in the Purchase Order and payment of the Purchase Order(s).Coordinating the delivery of external and Digital orders to ensure the correct level of prioritization.Checking that delivery deadlines are met (48 hours) in conjunction with the admin-corp team.Checking the receipt of services and the communication sent to the contract holder in conjunction with the admin-corp.Providing customers with product information, order status, order delivery status, and credit balance.Compiling monthly sales reports.Alerting sales reps to any urgent issues.Updating Sales representatives on orders or deliveries.Directing feedback from customers to relevant internal departments.At OVHcloud, we encourage boldness and initiative.
