Support to the commercial area in the tasks that are necessary in the sales area. Review of specifications, analyzing the documentation requirements to be delivered, in order to present offers that comply in time and form. Support to the commercial area, learning Sales Manager tasks, in order to acquire greater knowledge of a complete offer process. As well as dialogue with the Legal and Financial areas. As a Sales Administration , you will provide support for the following tasks:
Administration of the different activities for the preparation of offers. Analysis of RFIs, RFQs and drafting of offers in compliance with Thales procedures. Generation of administrative documentation that helps in the management, preparation and control of the offers to be presented. Analysis of tender's specifications, preparation and presentation of administrative documentation. Compilation of documentation from all areas to deliver in a timely manner. Support in the Offers process (Gates) Competences: Technical/functional skills:
Preference for a degree in Business Administration or Business Management. Knowledge of using office tools from the Microsoft suite, MS Word, MS Excel, MS. Power Point, Outlook and Databases. Oral and written communication skills to express technical concepts. High level of English (B2) Ability to interpret administrative and technical documents. Ability to understand legal concepts, write contract clauses and generate legal reports. Knowledge of business documentation filing tools that allow the automation of documents to be used in the legal and commercial departments.
