Sales Administration

POSITION SUMMARY As Sales Administration, your duties will mainly involve administrative tasks related to our sales department. This includes invoicing, contracting, and order management—everything necessary at an administrative level to provide the Account Managers with the necessary information and support for the sales team.

REQUIRED SKILLS Experience in multinationals in similar roles is an asset. CFGS in administration and finance is also desirable. 1+ year of experience. LANGUAGES Fluent English skills required (B2 minimum). German is not mandatory, but it is a big plus. BENEFITS Flexible hours: Monday to Thursday 8 hours, and Fridays 6 hours. Additionally, the whole month of August and the first half of September have an intensive timetable. 28 days holiday (23 days holiday + 4 days at Christmas from December 15 to January 15 + 1 day for your birthday).
