We are looking for an experienced Sales Account Manager to drive business growth and manage client relationships for our luxury lifestyle platform, abcMallorca.

abcMallorca is the leading digital media platform and lifestyle magazine for Mallorca. Established in 2003, our online platform supports over 6 million visitors and publishes 6 themed editions of our luxury magazine annually. What the job entails
As the Sales Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth. The role involves managing the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring client satisfaction, and collaborating with our editorial and marketing teams to create tailored solutions for our clients.

Responsibilities
Tasks include:

Building and maintaining strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.

Developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our client base.

Conducting market research to identify new opportunities and understand client needs.

Collaborating with the marketing team to create compelling sales presentations and proposals.

Monitoring market trends and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.

Providing exceptional customer service and support to ensure client satisfaction.

What we are looking for
Required skills and attributes:

We are seeking a motivated, creative, and highly organized individual who can work independently and effectively collaborate with team members.

Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably in a media/publishing environment.

Fluency in English, German, and Spanish is highly desirable.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Strong understanding of the Mallorca market and a passion for its lifestyle and culture.

Ability to develop well-researched and engaging proposals for clients.

Strong analytical skills and a results-driven mindset.

Start date: As soon as possible, prompt availability.

Type of contract: Permanent contract, full-time position located in Palma city centre.
