Key responsibilities Develop and execute outbound sales strategies to identify and engage with potential clients, driving pipeline growth and new business opportunities; Create tailored pitches and presentations that highlight the value of Spoki's solutions, leveraging case studies, market insights, and industry data; Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects, identifying their needs and aligning them with Spoki's offerings; Collaborate with the marketing team to generate and refine target prospect lists and outbound campaigns; Actively contribute to reducing churn rates by ensuring a strong value proposition and aligning client expectations from the first interaction; Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach to closing, ensuring exceptional customer experience throughout the process; Work closely with onboarding, customer support, marketing, and customer success teams to streamline the sales cycle and minimize churn rate; Stay ahead of industry trends and competitors, adapting outreach strategies to remain competitive and effective.
Who we're looking for We're looking for someone who thrives on challenges and knows how to create opportunities from scratch.
If you're a self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset, this role is for you.
Here's what we'd love to see in you: Experience : At least 4 years in outbound SaaS sales, with a track record of exceeding targets; Languages : Fluent English and Spanish (Italian is a great plus); Communication skills : You're a natural persuader and a great listener, able to connect with prospects at all levels; Hunter mindset : You're relentless in your pursuit of new leads and don't take "no" for an answer; Entrepreneurial spirit : You see obstacles as opportunities and are always looking for innovative solutions; Grit : You're ready to go all-in to achieve exceptional results.

Our hiring process First step : Introductory call to get to know each other; Second step: Structured interview with the team; Third step : Technical interview to assess your skills and approach; Final step : Interview with the CEO and key managerial figures, preferably onsite.
