Job Posting Title: Sales Account Coordinator
Summary: The primary focus of this position is to partner with and directly support the VP Sales and Sales Operations EMEA and the Sales Directors in EMEA to maintain clean account data, increase sales efficiency and develop new business processes.
The Sales Account Coordinator facilitates the flow of quotations, contracts and orders through the business, from initial opportunity forecast through product delivery, to expedite accurate and timely delivery of products to customers in the EMEA region.
With a keen sense of organization, account management and customer-centric communication skills, this role will perform a variety of pre and post sales related activities, which include being a dedicated and reliable support resource, researching data that supports the sales process, following up directly with external customers and internal stakeholders to support customer requirements.
Position is accountable for execution of contracts to meet customer account management standards.
This role includes customer facing, managing day to day fulfillment and execution to meet our customer's expectations.
What You'll Do:
End-to-end management of customer contracts, deal points, game performance, purchase orders, and invoicing including collaboration with cross functional teams to resolve any billing discrepancies.Acts as a liaison across all sales regions and effectively communicates all updates, revisions, and customer expectations to the VP Sales and Sales Operations, the Sales Directors, the Finance Team and the entire Operations team.Support sales personnel and customers with quoting, sales/customer follow-up, and reporting.Work inside Salesforce to provide the field organization with territory updates, quoting support, data questions, reporting/dashboards, order management, and approval submissions.Assist, manage, and track all customer projects such as grand openings, expansions, game programs, rebates, conversions, or special projects.Monitor, collaborate and manage customer requested ship and install dates to all regional Sales Teams including downstream production/scheduling teams.Anticipate Customer and Sales Team needs to maximize sales and customer satisfaction.Partner directly with customers to obtain executed agreements and required purchase orders to ensure timely order processing and delivery.Maintain all quote and order Service Level Agreements (SLAs), as set by the department.Regularly assesses current processes and recommends or develops new or updated policies and procedures that result in process and quality improvements.Assists with special projects as required.What We're Looking For:
