Experience: 2+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry. c. Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, especially in hospitals and drugstores. d. Strong understanding of the healthcare sector and pharmaceutical supply chain. e. Strong relationship management and communication skills. f. Excellent negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills. g. Ability to analyze data, forecast trends, and create actionable plans based on insights. h. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects. i. Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. j. Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently while being highly motivated to achieve goals. k. Adaptability: Able to navigate diverse industries and tailor sales approaches to different markets and customer needs. l. Travel Flexibility: Willingness and ability to travel extensively (80%/20%). m. Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and other sales tools.
