URGENT HIRING!!PROJECT SAFETY OFFICERSALARY RANGE: P30,000 - 35,000 (12 hrs duty)LOCATION: MINDANAO AREADATE EXPECTED TO START: SEPTEMBER 1, 2024This position is project-based and will report directly to the Safety Manager.Required /Preferred Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:Bachelor's degree; engineering graduate isan advantage.Experience in implementing safety policies and procedures.Knowledgeable of HIRAC, incident investigation, and reporting.Knowledgeable of the OSH regulatory reportorial requirements.OSH Practitioner is an advantage.English speaking and writing proficiency.Preferably residing in Nueva Vizcaya.Duties and Responsibilities:Deliver training programs to new and existing employees as per company standard.Hold safety meetings and provide additional information.Collaborate with Health & Safety Manager in the development and revision of training programs.Perform employee evaluations as scheduled by Health & Safety Manager.Perform Job Safety Analysis and prepare Safe Work Procedures as requested by Health & Safety Manager.Draft and/or revise H&S policies and/or programs and ensure they are communicated to employees.Identify, prepare, and/or source out training programs with respect to new and/or revised H&S policies.Prepare audit tools and coordinate annual audits of H&S programs.Analyze audit results; compile annual H&S audit reports, and prepare action plans for improvements in the consequent year.Investigate all incidents, including near misses, analyze the causes, and come up with recommendations to prevent recurrence and communicate these to all employees.Coordinate the company's Early Return to Work Program for all injured workers.Keep a comprehensive database of all reported incidents and accidents.Compile and update accident statistics every month and inform clients and employees.Tabulate and analyze accident costs.Ensure that all components of the company's Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) are up to date.Prepare the year-end accident statistics report, accident cost summary, and morbidity/mortality summary.Devise policies and guidelines concerning Health, Safety, and Environmental issues and ensure proper implementation of such.Ensure that all reports to the Department of Labor and Employment, Bureau of Mines, and other government agencies as required are submitted.Job Type: Fixed termContract length: 2-3 monthsPay: Php30,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per monthBenefits:Health insuranceLife insuranceStaff meals providedTransportation service providedSchedule:12 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:13th month salaryOvertime payPerformance bonusApplication Question(s):When can you start?Do you have safety certificates such as BOSH?Willing to travel anywhere in the country?Current Employment Status: (E.G.
