In this role, you will drive sales of our Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solutions, build strong customer relationships, and help clients maximize their value from our products.
Key Responsibilities Identify and target prospective customers through research, outbound calls, and networking.
Demonstrate and present SaaS solutions to potential customers, highlighting key benefits and features.
Understand customer needs and tailor SaaS offerings to address specific pain points.
Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline, managing leads and opportunities through CRM tools.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to successfully close deals.
Build and nurture long-term relationships with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Provide post-sale support, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and assisting with any customer issues.
Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging SaaS technologies.
Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide customer feedback for continuous improvement.
Requirements Proven experience in SaaS sales or a related field, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand complex software products and convey value propositions clearly.
Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and sales enablement tools.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
A bachelors degree in business, marketing, IT, or a related field is preferred.
Preferred Skills Experience in B2B SaaS sales.
Knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, or other relevant tech areas.
