Job description As a SaaS Account Manager , you will be reporting to the global Head of Sales and you will play a pivotal role in growing customer relationships while driving the expansion of the SaaS product on a global scale.
Thanks to our innovative and strong SaaS platform, coupled with our Marketplace community, you will help procurement departments to structure and optimize their buying process and their relationship with consulting firms.
Your responsibility will be to strengthen existing business with strategic accounts:
Establish and nurture relationships with our existing clients (mainly large corporates) and key stakeholders: Procurement, IT and Digital departments;
Identify potential expansion opportunities within new entities and/or countries from our existing client base;
Utilize solution selling techniques to lead the full upsell/cross-sell opportunities and ensure our international development;
Monitor closely each existing contract to ensure renewals and upsell;
Collaborate with local teams all around the world, and cross-functional teams, including Customer Success, Professional Services, Marketing, and Product.
About You
Graduated with a Master's degree with at least 2 years of experience in an Account Management position in a SaaS company or as a business manager in an IT services company (staffing agency, consulting firm, SaaS company…);
Interest to work in the digital/new technologies sector, with an affinity to evolve in a start-up/scale-up environment;
Strong experience and liking for B2B prospection and business development;
Mastery of generative AI such as ChatGPT or Poe.com is a plus for improving day-to-day productivity;
Fluency in French and strong communication in professional English are mandatory.
