WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
As a Scrum Master you will be responsible for promoting and supporting Scrum and Lean-Agile practices. Scrum Masters do this by helping everyone understand Scrum and Lean-Agile theory, practices, rules, and values. Scrum Masters help those outside the Scrum Team understand which of their interactions with the Scrum Team are helpful and which aren't. The Scrum Master helps everyone change these interactions to maximize the value created by the Scrum Team.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
Strongly serving and supporting the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers.Guiding and Coaching the Scrum Team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers.Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on how to get the most out of self-organization.Guiding and Coaching both the Scrum Team and the Development team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.Guiding and Coaching the Development team on agile software development principles, practices and execution.Guiding and Coaching the Development team on software design patterns.Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization.Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.Protecting the team from interruptions and external interferences, keeping the team focused within the context of the project vision and goals.Building a trusting and safe environment where problems can be raised without fear of blame, retribution, or being judged, with an emphasis of healing and problem solving.Facilitating the effectiveness and continuous improvement of the process being followed by the team.
