.Team OverviewThe Business Analysis and Operations team works on high-impact analytics and cross-functional projects to drive business growth, increase marketplace reliability, reach profitability, and support all teams with the tools they need. Through monitoring business and marketplace metrics, competition insights, and feedback from operational teams, we identify market degradations or opportunities and implement solutions with the help of local or product teams. To sum up, the team is at the crucial node between all tech, support, and business teams, as Heetch is currently open in 7 countries in Europe (France, Belgium) and Africa (Algeria, Angola, Senegal, Ivory Coast, and Mali).What Will Be Your Role?As the Head of Business Analysis and Operations, your goal will be to be both a business partner for Heetch's markets, a people captain, and a project leader.
