Currently, we are seeking a talented S&OP & SUPPLY Coordinator to join our dedicated team.
Purpose of the Role: As S&OP & Supply Coordinator, you will report to the S&OP & Supplier Capacity Control Director, and you will play a crucial role in coordinating new customer forecast analysis, plant programming, supply planning, and assessing supplier risks.
You will support the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to take strategic decisions that enhance our business performance.
Key Responsibilities: Support S&OP Meetings: Assist the Director in preparing and reporting on key S&OP meetings.
Lead Functional Cycles: Prepare and lead functional cycle meetings, ensuring effective coordination and communication.
Synthesize Information: Collaborate with the S&OP team, Supply Securitization team, and Supplier Capacity team to create comprehensive syntheses of planning activities.
Manage Escalations: Support the Director in escalation and top management meetings with suppliers, customers, and transversal topics.
Develop Risk Assessments: Create risk assessments and business continuity plans to ensure supply chain stability.
Drive Change Management: Lead the preparation for new S&OP organization, processes, and change management initiatives, including digital transformation.
Key Interactions: Internal: Collaborate with Supply Planners, Capacity Managers, Production Control Managers, and Excellence Teams.
Cross-Functional: Engage with Industrial Strategy, Finance, Plant Operations, Purchasing, Powertrain Product Engineering, Process Engineering, Brand Sales, and Digital Direction teams.
External: Interface with customers and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Proven experience in Sales & Operations Planning and Supply Planning/Supplier Management is essential.
Strong knowledge of SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP).
Excellent analytical thinking, synthesis, and reporting skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion skills in a multicultural environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage responsiveness and make effective decisions.
Proficiency in managing and interpreting complex data.
Experience in team management and coaching.
Expertise in managing organizational change and process improvements.
Understanding of capacity management, business development, production control, stock management, and supplier risk management.
Advanced English (B2-C1); Basic or intermediate Spanish is desirable.
Must have the right to reside and work in Spain.
