Enhance our current forecasting model (based on SAP IBP) as well as the process behind.Identify opportunities to reduce the stock levels while maintaining or increasing the service levels to the customers.Support the creation of monthly and weekly decks for S&OP meetings Review and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) related to S&OP Utilize SAP Integrated Business Planning (IBP) for data analysis and forecasting.Apply statistical and mathematical knowledge to improve forecasting models.Qualifications Strong analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.Proficiency in Excel and other analytical tools (we mainly use SQL and Power BI) Advanced/Proven proficiency in data analysis Familiarity with S&OP processes and best practices Previous experience in demand planning or a related field desired (~4 years) Knowledge of statistical and mathematical concepts desired Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts in a clear and concise manner Ability to create clear and compelling presentations and reports Experience with SAP IBP or similar planning tools is desired A degree in engineering, mathematics, or a related field is preferred.You will be joining a highly motivated and analytical team, providing a great environment to learn and grow.We value a collaborative approach and encourage continuous learning and development, ensuring that you will have ample opportunities to enhance your skills and contribute to our success
