ROLE & KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES Take part in strategic projects to ensure their success and maximize business impact.
Act as the nexus between analysts of the project team and the leadership involved in the delivery.
Manage, train and contribute to the development of the junior profiles within the team.
Requirements 3-5 years experience in consulting or project management in a fast-paced environment.
Top Business or Engineering School.
Preferred Skills Strategy Consulting Experience in Automotive, Mobility and Industrial.
Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients.
Results-driven, strong analytics mindset.
Problem solver, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels.
Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture's business at functional and Industry level.
People development and team building skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
