Requirements
3-5 years experience in the Strategy practice in the Industrial or Mobility sector in a Strategy firm.
Ability to execute projects and bring innovation to our clients.
Results-driven, strong analytics mindset.
Problem solver, process-oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance.
Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to clearly communicate ideas and results on all organization levels.
Drive, ambition and initiative to help grow Accenture's business at functional and Industry level.
People development and team building skills.
Fluent in Spanish and English is mandatory.
The position is based in Madrid with a hybrid work model, allowing you to work some days from home and others in the office, where you can create interesting synergies with the rest of your team.
