What you will do
- Independent planning and execution of Quality Audits acc. IATF in all scope of the company.
- Conducting special audits, consulting services and improvement programs.
- Coordination of the audit results with the responsible management and reporting to the Group management.
- Identification, testing and evaluation of business-critical processes for effectiveness and efficiency and compliance with company requirements.
- Contribution to, and further development of, risk-oriented and control-based audit programs for existing and new audit areas.
What we are looking for
- Degree in automotive engineering or comparable.
- Professional experience in the internal auditing of an international automotive company and/or an external auditing company.
- Qualification to Quality Auditor (IATF) 1st & 2nd party auditor and good knowledge of Automotive Core Tools.
- Documented knowledge or high competence and experience of quality systems IATF16949 (Quality Systems Management); additional knowledge of other ISO system standards are an advantage.
- Comfortable in an international environment, which demands an excellent command of English and French languages; additional knowledge of Spanish or others are an advantage.
- Experience gained from a Quality Auditor role within a manufacturing environment.
- Experience in Practical Problem Solving and Root Cause and Corrective Actions Techniques.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain data and findings to a non-technical audience.
- Careful working style, assertiveness and good communication skills combined with a confident appearance and strong organizational, management, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently both domestically and internationally to support the company global operations.
- Having good IT and/or Data Analytics skills. Willingness and ability to become acquainted with new IT systems/applications fast.
