TareasAnswering inbound calls with a repair request for appliances.You will also be responsible for customer service and claim handling of our services.You will be part of an elite team that shows best practice and tests new products and material.You will be answering inbound calls in French and offering insurances to the consumers.Consumers that have purchased a new appliance will give you a call to register their appliances.Your role will be to capture all the details and confirm the registration.Once that is done, we will expect you to explain the legal warranty and offer additional insurance.You should have a strong commercial profile, good knowledge of sales techniques, and know how to deal with objections.You should also have strong customer service skills, be used to working to targets, and adapt to changes in products.You should be a strong communicator, able to provide insightful feedback on processes and best practices.RequisitosLanguages: Fluent in French and English (Spanish would be a plus).Able to effectively communicate with customers.At least 1 year of sales experience.Dynamic, rigorous, diplomatic, and highly communicative.Easy adaptability to different partners.Teamwork.Proactive.Excellent customer service skills.BeneficiosPermanently full-time job, from Monday to Friday.Good stable salary with high sales commissions, Tickets Restaurant, and Company Life Insurance.Young, dynamic, and international work atmosphere with comfortable work conditions.LocationRemote within Spain or Hybrid (2 days office/3 days home) in Madrid.
