We embrace a strong risk culture and all of our professionals at all levels are expected to take a proactive and responsible approach toward risk management.WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING As a Payments Operations Associate, you will be part of the PagoNxt EMI Operations team, and will assist the business working in two lines:BAU responsibilities in order to improve the quality of the service to our customers, performing back office payment management tasks and services within the SLAs committed.Operative Transformation Support: As the business is in continuous growth, the Payments Operations Expert will work closely with the Transformation Team & Stakeholders providing insights for process & operative improvements.We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:Payments Support and Daily Operative Processes: recalls, refunds, returns, collections.Daily reconciliation and ensuring all transactions are correctly accounted for with any payment discrepancies investigated and remediated.Support in raising incidents and follow up on their completion.Intraday controls, production escalation management or requests.Intra-day and End of Day reporting including dashboard generation that will provide senior stakeholders with an overview of key KPIs, payment processing performance, SLAs etc. plus reports linked to specific product evolution.Achieve SLAs commitment (with customers, third parties, and internal).New products, services, and processes definition.Identify and analyze risks and impacts of any current / future new implementation.Coordinate any new implementation to ensure collaboration, transparency, teamwork, and customer focus
