Job Description

Responsibilities: Accounts Payable.Accounting reports & checks.Reconcile accounts payable.Ensure timely bank payments and reconciliation.Maintain and control Suppliers Master Data.Audit financial transactions and documents.Comply with financial policies and regulations.Manage investments & assets in ERP.Support company reporting.Manage indirect purchase process in finance.Provide other support to the finance team. Requirements and Skills: Strong attention to detail and good analytical skills.Commitment and capacity to work with tight deadlines.Assertiveness, excellent communication & team spirit.Advanced MS Office user (VLOOKUP function and pivot tables).Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus.Language skills in English and Spanish.
