You will advise top clients on their Finance transformation and talent strategy, design brand new employee experiences, reconfigure the way they operate, support them move towards new working models and help them throughout their digital transition journeys, supported by IBM's top exponential technologies and digital ecosystems. You will research, ideate, cocreate, prototype to implement disruptive ideas in an intellectually challenging, results oriented, client facing, dynamic and international environment, where everyone (junior or senior) is expected to actively contribute, innovate and take the lead.What you can expect from the workplace?In IBM Consulting we have a flexible way of working self-regulated by every team according to their needs.
